How do I book my parking space?
Follow five simple steps to book your car park:
- Visit www.aia.gr and select the desired dates and time.
- Select the car park that best suits you.
- Fill in your personal details.
- Fill in the vehicle's details.
- Print out your booking confirmation email that includes the barcode corresponding to your booking, in case you need it to enter the car park.
Will I be charged extra for booking online?
No,booking through AIA’s official website (www.aia.gr) does not charge extra.
How close to my date & time of travel can I book my parking?
You may book up to 6 months ahead of your travel date.
Can I book at short notice?
You can make a booking at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival time.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You may pay in cash or by debit / credit card. Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club are all accepted.
How can I contact with you?
Cityzen Parking & Services, the parking operator, operates a customer service desk at the Short Term 2 parking around the clock. They may also be reached at (+30) 210 3534260. Any queries may also be sent at firstname.lastname@example.org and will be answered within a business day.
How do I know my booking is OK?
Shortly after placing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Reference Number and a barcode. Please print the email and bring it along at the Airport. You can also view your booking by simply clicking on "Manage my Booking" at the top of the homepage. All bookings made are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
What is "Manage my Booking"?
This option enables you to online amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time to the parking lot. You can also amend any of your booking details.
What is "Previous Bookings"?
By entering your email address and the Booking Reference Number from your last reservation, you’ll be able to view recent bookings you have submitted.
Can I cancel my booking?
For those bookings that can be cancelled, you may proceed with the cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time to the parking lot at no charge.
Simply click on "Manage my Booking" button at the top of the homepage and follow the steps.
Can I amend my booking?
You can amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time to the parking lot at no charge.

Extension of the booked parking period can only be made if spaces are available for the entire duration of the requested period. A new booking must then be made and prices may differ from the initial ones.
My return date has changed and I want to leave my car for a longer period.
Can I make an additional reservation?
Upon the vehicle’s entrance to the car park, no reservation can be modified nor combined with an additional one. The additional fee with have to be paid upon your return.
Will I be Is there a charged applicable for amending/cancelling my reservation booking?
No, there is no charge for amending or cancelling your online booking.
How can I be sure that my booking has been cancelled/amended?
If you cancel or amend your reservation, you will receive an email to the address you provided during the booking process.
What if I forget or lose my booking confirmation?
Although we suggest you bring along the booking confirmation email featuring the reservation’s barcode, you can still enter the car park without it. The license plates should be automatically recognized and your entrance allowed. If the parking system fails to automatically issue a ticket upon your entrance, please ask for assistance by pressing the info button at the entrance control unit. Alternatively you can have a new confirmation resent by clicking on the "Manage my Booking" button at the top of the website and selecting the “Resend my confirmation” button.
What if I come with a vehicle different than the one confirmed in the booking?
Change your reservation details by clicking on “Manage my Booking” at the top of the homepage to include the new license plate number, before entering. Or show the barcode of the existing reservation featured on the confirmation email at the entry barrier.

How do I book a parking spot for disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility?
You can book a parking spot at the Long Term or Economy lots but park at either of the Short Term 1 or 2 lots. Upon your arrival at the Short-Term parking lot, press the button to issue a ticket. Upon return from your trip, contact the parking personnel to arrange the parking fee in person. If you require assistance by airport staff, you may contact us at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org(response time within one business day), or call us at +30 210 35 34 260.
What should I do when I arrive at the car park?
Upon your entrance at the chosen car park:
- Your vehicle is automatically recognized at the entrance of the car park, given that you use the vehicle with the license plate that you confirmed in the booking (ATTENTION: Do not press the button for ticket!). Alternatively, scan the barcode featured in the booking confirmation email at the barcode reader at theentrance.
- Take the ticket automatically issued.
- Keep the ticket for as long as your car remains at the airport car park.
- Comprehensive instructions are contained in the confirmation email you receive upon booking.
What should I do when leaving the car park?
If your car park has not been prepaid upon your booking, walk to one of the auto-pay stations located at various points of the parking facilities and pay in cash or by a debit or credit card, before proceeding to your vehicle.
Drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the exit control unit so the barrier gate can open. Follow the same process if you have prepaid.
How much earlier can I enter the car park prior to my confirmed booking time?
You can enter the car park up to 2 hours prior to your confirmed booking time.
What if I have not prepaid my reservation through credit/debit card and enter the car park earlier than my confirmed booking time or exit the car park later than my confirmed booking time?
In case you have chosen to make a reservation without any payment through credit / debit card, prepaying, then you should pay for the reserved parking service at the auto pay stations located at the car park, based on your actual parking duration, according to the applicable booking tariff. Specifically:
i) In case the Parking Period is exactly the one specified in your booking confirmation email, the booking tariff as specified in User booking confirmation email will be charged.
ii) In case your Parking Period is longer than that specified in your booking confirmation email (overstay), the appropriate fee for the additional time based on the booking tariff will be charged.
iii) In case your Parking Period is shorter than that specified in your booking confirmation email (under-stay), the appropriate fee for your actual parking period time based on the booking tariff will be charged.
iv) You will not be charged if you do not show up.
What if I have prepaid my reservation through credit/debit card and enter the car park earlier or later than my confirmed booking time or exit the car park earlier or later than my confirmed booking time?
If you have chosen to make the reservation by charging your credit/debit card, then the payment will be based on the stated parking duration, according to the applicable booking tariff.
i) In case the Parking Period is exactly the one specified in your booking confirmation email, there will be no extra charge.
ii) In case your Parking Period is longer than that specified in your booking confirmation email (overstay), the charge will be adjusted to an extra €5,00/day for Long Term and Economy and €10,00/day for Short Term (1 and 2) and €10,00/day for Valet Parking.
iii) In case your Parking Period is shorter than that specified in your booking confirmation email (under-stay), the charge will not be modified.
iv) If you do not show up, no refund may be issued.
Can I use the same reservation for multiple entries/exits?
No, each reservation is unique and you can enter/exit the car park only once. After the vehicle exits the parking area the reservation is deactivated, even if the departure date stated in the reservation has not passed.
Can I use multiple discount coupons to get a bigger discount?
No, you can only use one discount coupon per booking and receive the corresponding discount. Discount coupons cannot be used cumulatively. Multiple consecutive bookings using discount vouchers cannot be combined to cover a complete booking. Each reservation is unique and you can enter/exit the car park only once. After the vehicle exits the parking area the reservation is deactivated, even if the departure date stated in the reservation has not passed.
How can I become a member of the Park€Win program?
To become a member, you will need to complete the following steps:
1. Click the “Register” button located on the upper right side of the screen at the parking website.
2. Complete all required fields using the latin alphabet.
3. Create a password with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 characters of the Latin alphabet,
also containing at least one upper and lowercase Alpha and one numeric character (ex. Support1).
4. The vehicle plate should be written in the Latin alphabet. No space or dash should be used.
How to earn / redeem points
Earn points for every e-Parking booking or prepayment of your preferred parking lot. You can easily redeem your points.
How to earn your points? Easy!
You get 5 points for every €1 spent.
When reaching 500 points you get a €5 discount on your next booking.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Points collection is valid for every prepaid or postpaid booking made through AIA’s official site (www.aia.gr) for any parking lot.
2. Remember to always log in before booking so that points collected are automatically added to your account.
3. Points redemption is valid for prepaid bookings in any parking lot.
4. There is no deadline for redeeming your points.
5. You can redeem up to 2,500 points in a single booking.
6. No points are collected in bookings redeeming points, even if there is a debit balance.
7. When a booking is cancelled, points earned are also cancelled.
8. In case of additional charge due to overstay, no additional points are collected.
9. Points collected, can only be activated once you have completed the booking process, payment included.
10. The points collection scheme may be modified without prior notification.
