Being prepared
- Have travel documents ready - Have them ready to hand on the day of travel.
- Pack ahead & follow the baggage rules. When packing, please remember the rules for hand luggage and checked baggage.
- Make a timeline for your trip to the airport depending on the means of transportation you are going to use. Make sure you have enough time for the departure procedures (Security & Passport Control if required)
- Book your parking slot at the airport in advance, book a taxi or find information about other means of transportation.
- Check in online (if available by your airline) before arriving at the airport.
- Check regularly the status of your flight.
- Find your airline’s check-in counters if you have to go through check-in or baggage drop-off.
- Check the flight information monitors frequently to confirm your departure gate. Sometimes changes may happen.
- Arrive at your gate.
- Have a nice flight.
Information about airport Gates
In case you already have your boarding card & you don’t need to drop off baggage, you may proceed directly to your departure gate area as indicated on the flight information monitors by following the respective terminal signage.
Gates A1-A23 & Gates B1-B31 are located at the Main Terminal Building & Gates C15-40 are located at the Satellite Terminal Building.
Access to the Satellite Terminal Building
Access to the Satellite Terminal Building is granted only through the Main Terminal Building via underground link.
At the corridor next to check-in counter 70, follow the signage for departure gates C15-40, directing you to the escalators or elevator that lead you to the underground link. You may arrive at the Satellite Terminal Building gates by using the moving walkways in about 15minutes.
Extra time should be taken always into consideration for the required procedures before reaching your gate, such as Security Control & Passport Control depending on your destination.
