Art & Culture programme and in cooperation with the non-profit Society of Aviation Enthusiasts “Air-born”, hosts on its premises a photo exhibition titled “Greeks photograph airplanes with passion”,  from June 1st, 2007 to September 28th, 2007.

Through an artistic approach, the exhibition takes-off the visitor’s imagination to a journey within the plane spotters passion for aviation, which aims not only to capture the historical aviation experience worldwide but also to familiarize the general public with the aviation industry.

The 30 photographical moments captured by the lens of the Greek plane spotters - members of the “Air - born” Society - guide the visitor within the world of civil aviation and more so into the world of plane spotting.

The exhibition will be open to the public around the clock and will take place in the Arrivals Area, Extra Schengen A of the Main Terminal Building, between gates 1-2, an area accessible to all.
