Metro

The airport is accessible via Metro's Line 3 (Blue Line): Nikaia - Airport

Note: From 30.07.22 until 07.08.22 & from 27.08.22 until 28.08.22, “Nikaia”, “Korydallos” & “Ag.Varvara” stations will be closed due  to works. Line 3 Metro journey from the airport will end at “Ag.Marina” station during that time. Passengers will be transferred to the areas of closed stations by bus.

Suburban Rail

Athens International Airport is connected via the Suburban Rail with:

  • Piraeus via Larissis Station
  • Ano Liosia
  • Kiato
  • Aigio (via Kiato)

Bus Services (OSY)

Four bus routes connect directly Athens and Piraeus with the airport. All buses set down passengers at the Departures Level and depart from the Arrivals Level, between Exits 4 and 5.

Regional Buses - KTEL Express Service

Five regional buses operate at the airport. All buses set down passengers at the Departures Level and depart from the Arrivals Level, between Exits 2 and 3, opposite the Airport Hotel (Sofitel).
