Follow 4 simple steps:
- Visit www.aia.gr and select the desired dates and time.
- Select the car park that suits you best.
- Fill in both your personal and vehicle details.
- Keep or print out your booking confirmation email that includes the barcode corresponding to your booking, in case you need it to enter the car park.
No, booking through AIA’s official website (www.aia.gr) doesn't incur any extra charges.
You may book up to 6 months ahead of your travel date.
You can make a booking at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival time.
You may pay in cash or by debit/credit card. Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club are all accepted.
Cityzen Parking & Services, the parking operator, operates a customer service desk at the Short Term 2 parking around the clock. They can also be reached at (+30) 210 3534260. Any queries may also be sent to info.parking@aia.gr and will be answered within one business day.
Shortly after placing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Reference Number and a barcode. Please print the email and bring it along to the airport. You can also view your booking by simply clicking on "Manage my bookings" at the top of the homepage. All bookings made are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
This option enables you to cancel your booking online up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time at the parking lot. You can also amend any of your booking details.
By entering your email address and the Booking Reference Number from your last reservation, you’ll be able to view recent bookings you have submitted.
For bookings that can be cancelled, you may proceed with the cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time at the parking lot at no charge.
Simply click on "Manage my Booking" button at the top of the homepage and follow the steps.
Upon the vehicle’s entrance to the car park, no reservation can be modified nor combined with an additional one. The additional fee must be paid upon your return.
No, there is no charge for cancelling your online booking.
If you cancel your reservation, you will receive an email to the address you provided during the booking process.
Although we suggest you bring along the booking confirmation email featuring the reservation’s barcode, you can still enter the car park without it. The license plates should be automatically recognized and your entrance allowed. If the parking system fails to automatically issue a ticket upon your entrance, please ask for assistance by pressing the info button at the entrance control unit.
Alternatively, you can have a new confirmation resent by clicking on the "Manage my Booking" button at the top of the website and selecting the “Resend my confirmation” button.
Change your reservation details by clicking on “Manage my booking” at the top of the homepage to include the new license plate number, before entering. Or show the barcode of the existing reservation featured on the confirmation email at the entry barrier.

You can book a parking spot at the Long Term or Economy lots but park at either of the Short Term 1 or 2 parking lots. Upon your arrival at the Short-Term parking lot, press the button to issue a ticket. Upon return from your trip, contact the parking personnel to arrange the parking fee in person. If you require assistance by airport staff, you may contact us at the e-mail address info.parking@aia.gr (allow one business day to receive a response), or call us at +30 210 35 34 260.
Upon your entrance at the chosen parking area:
- Your vehicle is automatically recognized at the entrance of the parking area, given that you are using the vehicle with the license plate that you stated in your booking (ATTENTION: Do not press the button for ticket!). Alternatively, scan the barcode featured in the booking confirmation email at the barcode reader at the entrance.
- Take the ticket automatically issued.
- Keep the ticket for as long as your car remains at the Airport Vehicle Parking Area.
- Comprehensive instructions are contained in the confirmation email you receive upon booking.
If your stay has not been prepaid upon your booking, walk to one of the auto-pay stations located at various points of the parking areas and pay in cash or by a debit or credit card, before proceeding to your vehicle.
Drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the exit control unit so the bar can open. Follow the same process if you have prepaid.
You can enter the parking area up to 2 hours prior to your confirmed booking time.
In case you have chosen to make a reservation without prepaying through a credit or debit card, you must pay for the reserved parking at the Automatic Payment Machines located at the parking area, based on your actual parking duration, according to the applicable price list.
Specifically:
i) In case the Parking Period is exactly the one specified in your booking confirmation email, the fee specified in the User booking confirmation email will be charged.
ii) In case your Parking Period exceeds the one specified in your booking confirmation email (overstay), the corresponding fee for the additional time based on the price list will be charged.
iii) In case your Parking Period is shorter than that specified in your booking confirmation email (under-stay), the corresponding fee for your actual parking period time based on the price list will be charged.
iv) You will not be charged if you do not show up.
If you have prepaid with a credit or debit card, the charge has been calculated according to the stated duration of your vehicle’s parking, per the applicable price list.
Specifically:
i) In case the Parking Period is exactly the one specified in your Booking Confirmation Email, there will be no additional charge. In the event that the parking duration of your vehicle is exactly the same as that specified in the booking confirmation email you received, there is no additional charge.
ii) In case the Parking Period exceeds the duration specified in the Booking Confirmation Email (overstay), the charge will be adjusted to an extra €5,00/day for the Long Term and Economy parking areas, €10,00/day for the Short Term parking areas (1 and 2) and €20,00/day for the Valet Parking.
iii) In case the Parking Period is shorter than that specified in your Booking Confirmation Email (under-stay), your charge will not be modified.
iv) If you do not show up, no refund may be issued.
No, each reservation is unique and you can only enter and exit the Parking Area once. After the vehicle leaves , the reservation is deactivated, even if the departure date stated in the reservation has not passed.
No, you can only use one discount coupon per booking and receive the corresponding discount. Discount coupons cannot be used cumulatively. Multiple consecutive bookings using discount vouchers cannot be combined to cover a complete booking. Each reservation is unique and you can enter and exit the Parking Area only once. After the vehicle exits ,the reservation is deactivated, even if the departure date stated in the reservation has not passed.

For every booking you make, you earn 2 award miles for every 1 euro spent.
Your award miles will be credited to your account right after your check out and it might take up to 7 days to appear on your Miles+Bonus account.
Just visit www.aia.gr and redeem as many miles as you want, to reduce or cover the cost of your parking.
You may redeem miles with a ratio of 300 award miles for every 1 euro spent.
Don’t forget that you still earn miles during the redemption process.
The minimum number of miles you can redeem is 1,500 miles per transaction.
Yes, in case you cancel your booking, the miles redeemed will be credited to your Miles+Bonus account instantly.

In case you enter the parking area up to 2 hours earlier, you will collect the miles corresponding to your original booking.
In case you leave the parking area later, you will collect miles corresponding to the total amount paid.
In this case, the miles are not refundable.
No, you cannot. However, you can cancel the booking and proceed with a new reservation.
No, you cannot. However, you can cancel your reservation and book it again as you wish. In this case, the discount coupon is not refundable.
Miles retro claim is not available. To earn miles, you should enter your Miles+Bonus member ID during your booking.
If the correct information is communicated before your check-out from the parking area, the miles will be credited to your Miles+Bonus account within 7 days. The procedure for crediting the award miles you are entitled to, can be carried out either by email at info.parking@aia.gr, or by calling the Official Parking at (+30) 210 3534260. Contact service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
