The Cultural DestiNAtions events continue at Athens Airport!

With even more surprises awaiting passengers and visitors at the airport, the Cultural DestiNAtions program continued in October with “Another Germany” in just 60 minutes, on the occasion of the famous Oktoberfest celebration, as part of the cooperation between Athens International Airport and the company “FELLOE”.

Travelers got to know “Another Germany” at the airport, in a way that even those who had already traveled to destinations in Germany once or more times might not have imagined.

With a flourish of words from classical German philosophers alternating on a giant screen, with a unique Waltz dance show and cinematography with the electronic music of Kraftwerk, travelers also met the characteristic Ampelmann man who was also found at the airport from the traffic lights of Berlin, helping them “cross the street”. Afterwards, passengers and visitors made their own poster in a Bauhaus workshop, were transported to German nature via VR, were tested in a thematic quiz on the “destination Germany”, tasted typical local flavors and, before leaving with their souvenir gift, demonstrated their skills in the Walzer!
