Identity
“Athens International Airport S.A.” (“AIA” or the “Company”) was
established in 1996 and functions as a private company under the Airport
Development Agreement and the Articles of Association (Law 2338/1995)
on the basis of a public-private partnership. The Company’s registered
office is situated in the Municipality of Spata, in the regional unit of East
Attica, Greece. AIA operates the Athens International Airport “Eleftherios
Venizelos”, under the supervision of the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority
(HCAA).
