this win means the end of the long-standing sushi era
This attraction of this particular destination was underlined in this year’s
awards for Asia’s best restaurants from the influential “Restaurant”
magazine. Voting ranked two of the city’s restaurants among the top three,
automatically placing Bangkok on the 2014 global foodie map. Third place
went to the finest representative of Indian cuisine in its most progressive
form, courtesy of Chef Gaggan Anand at his downtown restaurant
(eatatgaggan.com). But the real surprise was Nahm (comohotels.com),
which managed to take the throne and bringe to the forefront the most
creative flavours of Thai cuisine. | Aναδείχθηκε μέσα από τα φετινά βραβεία
του έγκυρου περιοδικού Restaurant για τα καλύτερα εστιατόρια της Ασίας.
Η καταμέτρηση των ψήφων έφερε στην πρώτη τριάδα δύο εστιατόρια της
πόλης, τοποθετώντας αυτομάτως την Μπανγκόκ στον παγκόσμιο χάρτη των
foodies για το 2014. Στην τρίτη θέση βρίσκουμε το καλύτερο δείγμα ινδικής
κουζίνας, στην πιο προοδευτική μορφή της, από τον chef, Gaggan Anand, στο
