confirmed by the configuration of Michelin stars over it. With Chez
Dominique (http://chezdominique.fi) holding steady with 2 stars and 1 each
for the acclaimed menus of Olo (http://olo-ravintola.fi) and Luomo (luomo.
fi), the city propose a creative mix of Finnish and French flavours. Βut the
city’s pride for two years now is the pioneering Restaurant Day, a pop-up
food festival held four times a year that attracts over 1,600 professional
and amateur participants, who offer various treasures for the palate (17/5,
