and the celebrated Greek souvlaki, Sotiris
Paliodimos has decided to blend the two in his
new project. With the precious assistance of
architect Andreas Mytilineos, he has created
the most haute cuisine souvlaki restaurant,
located on a discreet pedestrian walkway
in the up-coming Exarheia district. Casual
service and outstanding original Greek
flavours often embellished with dashes of
delicious innovation. | Με οδηγό τη μεγάλη
του αγάπη για το σουβλάκι αλλά και για τον
κόσμο της μόδας, ο Σωτήρης Παλιοδήμος
αποφάσισε να επιχειρήσει τον συνδυασμό
τους. Έτσι, με την πολύτιμη βοήθεια του αρ-
χιτέκτονα Ανδρέα Μυτιληναίου, έστησε το
πιο haute cuisine σουβλατζίδικο, σε έναν
ήσυχο πεζόδρομο, στα ανερχόμενα Εξάρ-
χεια. Casual ύφος στο σερβίρισμα και εξαι-
ρετικές original Greek γεύσεις, ενίοτε πα-
σπαλισμένες με επιτυχημένους hip γευστι-
κούς πειραματισμούς.
