Dealing with the relationship of sexual organs –
both the penis and the vagina – in the visual arts,
the group exhibition “sExplosion: Penis & Vagina
Relationships in the Contemporary Visual Arts” came
about as a reaction to the ongoing tacit censorship
of representing the sexual organs in the visual
arts of the 21st century. The exhibition includes
46 artworks by an equal number of international
artists in various forms, such as video, sculpture,
installations, painting, mixed media and photography.
A complimentary illustrated catalogue with texts by
Megakles Rogakos is on offer. | Με θέμα τη σχέση
