Overall The breakdown of CBU’s commercial activities, representing
the Unit’s main revenue stream (€50.6 million, up by 8.9%),

Consumers Business Unit (CBU) consistently aims at generating
high non-aeronautical revenues from a variety of services, TRAVEL VALUE 22%
ranging from terminal and landside operations to commercial,
advertising, car parking and rail services. The customer-centric FOOD & BEVERAGE 17%
philosophy, prominent throughout CBU activities, guarantees
the high quality of services and, accordingly, passenger OTHER DUTY PAID 20%
and consumer satisfaction.

In 2008, CBU direct revenues reached the amount of €70.7 million,
demonstrating growth by 5.9% (see Charts 5.5 and 5.6) and
contributing significantly to the increase of AIA’s total
non-aeronautical operating revenues.
