In Neos Kosmos, a place different from the or-
dinary has opened. Inspired by the philosophy
of sustainable design, Teras is a space in mo-
tion: it is a café, a cocktail bar, a restaurant, a
collectible furniture showroom, a place of inti-
macy, art and gatherings. This is a listed build-
ing dating to the 1930s, which designer Haris
Rigalos has decorated with second-hand fur-
niture that he has reused, as well as old objects
with which he has created new decorative ele-
ments. Offering specialty coffee, brunch, sea-
sonal comfort food and cocktails, it also hosts
exhibitions, seminars, workshops and screen-
