ξενοδοχείο), καθώς και με μία συλλογή από
βραβεία και διακρίσεις είναι καταξιωμένος
chef, ριψοκίνδυνος επιχειρηματίας αλλά
και χαρούμενος οικογενειάρχης. Όπως
λέει, άλλωστε, και ο ίδιος: «Το φαγητό
είναι Οικογένεια, η Οικογένεια είναι Ζωή,
η Ζωή είναι το παν». Στα side projects του
εντάσσονται πέντε βιβλία μαγειρικής και
φυσικά η μόνιμη θέση του στην κριτική
επιτροπή του Master chef australia.
