who Is our guIde?
He studied Tourism and Hospitality, and his
first job was at Eleni Psihouli’s legendary
Bee. He opened with Dimitris Fotopoulos
the Aneto restaurant in 1995, which still has
a week-long waiting list for table bookings.
Then came television with the show
“Food & The City” and "Eleni". He writes
for several magazines and newspapers,
about one year ago he published his
first book “The New Greek Cuisine in 88
Recipes” (Pataki Publications), while his
new book will hit the shelves on October
10; from the same publisher entitled “I Love
Athens”. | Σπούδασε στη Σχολή Τουριστικών
Επαγγελμάτων και ξεκίνησε από το θρυλικό
Bee της Ελένης Ψυχούλη. Το 2005 άνοιξε
με τον Δημήτρη Φωτόπουλο το Άνετο,
που ακόμα και σήμερα έχει waiting list
μια βδομάδα για τραπέζι. Έπειτα ήρθε η
τηλεόραση, με τις εκπομπές Food & The
City και Ελένη. Γράφει σε περιοδικά και
εφημερίδες, κυκλοφορεί εδώ και ένα χρόνο
το πρώτο του βιβλίο Νέα ελληνική κουζίνα
σε 88 συνταγές (Εκδόσεις Πατάκη), ενώ στις
10 Οκτωβρίου θα κυκλοφορήσει από τις ίδιες
εκδόσεις το βιβλίο I love Athens.
