bookstore allows customers to enjoy their
coffee or glass of wine while browsing through
its extensive collection. If feeling peckish, you
can also imbibe the surrounding intellectual
wealth as you enjoy a full-blown meal prepared
with care using only the freshest ingredients.
The bookstore is separated into nine sections,
each one with a different theme: Brit pop
elements abound in the English-language
section and the cookery books are located
near the kitchen in a trattoria-style space,
while the travel section is flanked by various
maps and globes of the world.
Το project που γεννήθηκε το 2006 από τα
δημιουργικά μυαλά των Deborah Drion και
Cedric Legein είναι ένα εστιατόριο και βι-
βλιοπωλείο μαζί, όπου ο επισκέπτης μπορεί
να απολαύσει έναν καφέ ή ένα ποτήρι κρασί
ξεφυλλίζοντας την εκτενή συλλογή από βι-
βλία. Τα 9 διαφορετικά sections του βιβλιο-
πωλείου ακολουθούν θεματική διακόσμηση.
Eτσι λοιπόν ο χώρος με τα αγγλόφωνα βιβλία
βρίθει από brit pop στοιχεία, ο τομέας με τα
βιβλία μαγειρικής γειτνιάζει με την κουζίνα
και έχει διαμορφωθεί σαν trattoria, ενώ οι
ταξιδιωτικοί οδηγοί και τα λευκώματα προ-
ορισμών μπερδεύονται με υδρόγειους και
παγκόσμιους χάρτες.
