Not a new arrival, on the contrary, one could
say it was among the first to introduce the
delights of sushi in Greece. When sushi made
its appearance in the country, it was viewed by
many as an unaffordable luxury. But after the
Sushi Βar opened in Pagrati, Neo Psychico and
Palaio Faliro using the fishing wealth of Greek
waters and natural ingredients, it immediately
became clear that theJapanese food could be
an almost daily indulgence. So why is Sushi bar
among the new arrivals and why has it recently
attracted so much attention again? The answer
is partly in the special deal ‘All the rolls you can
eat’ for €22 per person. The offer applies either
two or three days a week depending on the
location and only when you book a table. Large
portions, an imaginative variety of rolls (the
Dragon Eel, with eel, avocado and salmon roe
in Sushi bar sauce is a delight), as well as main
courses and special dishes for vegetarians.

θα έλεγε κανείς πως είναι από τους πρώτους
διδάξαντες του sushi στη χώρα. Όταν το sushi
πρωτοέφτασε στην Αθήνα, θεωρήθηκε από
πολλούς απρόσιτη πολυτέλεια. Όταν το Sushi
Bar άνοιξε τα εστιατόριά του στο κέντρο,
στο Νέο Ψυχικό και στο Παλαιό Φάληρο,
χρησιμοποιώντας τον αλιευτικό πλούτο των
ελληνικών θαλασσών και φυσικές πρώτες ύλες,
όλοι διαπίστωσαν πως η γιαπωνέζικη κουζίνα
μπορεί να γίνει ακόμα και σχεδόν καθημερινή
συνήθεια. Γιατί όμως συζητιέται τόσο έντονα
πάλι τον τελευταίο καιρό; Η απάντηση κρύβεται
στο special deal «All the rolls you can eat με
€22» σε συγκεκριμένες μέρες και κατόπιν
κράτησης. Μεγάλες μερίδες, ευφάνταστη
ποικιλία στα ρολά (τα Dragon Eel με χέλι,
αβοκάντο και brick σε sushi bar σoς είναι
πεντανόστιμα), αλλά και μαγειρευτές επιλογές
για όσους βρέθηκαν εδώ κατά τύχη ή είναι
χορτοφάγοι.
