Myconian Collection
Empire of the Aegean Sun
George P. Daktylidis started his journey towards
founding the Myconian Collection hotel group
in 1979, when he renovated the Kohyli hotel in
the heart of Mykonos town. The 1990s saw him
expand his reach to include large beachfront
resort hotels; soon, the vision of a group that
included resorts, spas and luxury villas, as
well as more affordable rooms, was complete.
Ανοικοδομώντας το 1979 το ξενοδοχείο Κοχύλι,
στο κέντρο της Μυκόνου, ο Γεώργιος Δακτυλί-
δης έκανε το πρώτο βήμα σε μια επιτυχημένη
πορεία που οδήγησε εντέλει στην ίδρυση της
ξενοδοχειακής αυτοκρατορίας του, Myconian
Collection. Στη δεκαετία του ’90 επεκτάθηκε σε
μεγάλα resort hotels μπροστά στη θάλασσα και
πλέον το όραμα ενός ομίλου με resorts, spas,
πολυτελείς βίλες αλλά και πιο προσιτά δωμά-
τια, έχει ολοκληρωθεί.

Hotel Brain is calm, relaxed and owns one of
the fastest developing tourism companies in
Greece. Starting out as a consulting company
that provided support for boutique hotels,
Hotel Brain now boasts offices in Greece and
Lebanon, with branches in Turkey, Cyprus,
Montenegro, Croatia and Bulgaria to come.
He was recently elected member of the Board
of Directors for the Small Luxury Hotels of the
World to represent the group’s properties in
Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

εταιρεία Hotel Brain είναι χαλαρός, αεικί-
νητος και ιδιοκτήτης της ταχύτερα αναπτυσ-
σόμενης τουριστικής εταιρείας της χώρας.
Ξεκίνησε με ένα μικρό γραφείο για την υπο-
στήριξη boutique ξενοδοχείων και τώρα έχει
γραφεία στην Ελλάδα και στον Λίβανο, ενώ
σύντομα θα επεκταθεί σε Τουρκία, Κύπρο,
Μαυροβούνιο, Κροατία και Βουλγαρία. Πρό-
σφατα εκλέχθηκε στο Δ.Σ. της Small Luxury
Hotels of the World για να εκπροσωπεί τα SLH
Ευρώπης, Μέσης Ανατολής και Αφρικής.
