Based on your characteristics, what’s
your contribution to Athens?
There’s a reference point in Greek fashion
for the last 40 years, in the same spot in
the city, opposite St Dionysus in Kolonaki
and I feel that I’m the continuation. I
insist on coherence and consistency in
the authenticity of the design, a greekness
without folklore elements, but with Dorian
influences, with a quality that ensures the
continuity of the brand in the future.
Is the city an inspiration for your
designs?
It’s the city as well as the rest of the Greek
travel destinations. Parthenis clothes are
made to be travelled in, are easy to wear,
comfortable and contain a reminiscence of
Greek summer.
What can a traveler find only in Athens?
Plentiful light and the energy that this
implies. Athens is a city full of vitality.
It offers entertainment and activities in
outdoor spaces, in winter and in summer.

Νομίζω πως είμαι η συνέχεια ενός
σημείου αναφοράς στην ελληνική μόδα
