In the heart of Athens, in Kolonaki,
in the city that took its name from the
goddess Athena and as a gift received the
fruitful Olive tree, the first Olive Oil Bar in
Greece and in the world, was opened. A
lead that the Greek olive oil was entitled,
which thanks to the initiative of Gaea,
the most internationally award-winning
Greek company in the oil sector, gave the
opportunity to Greek and foreign visitors to
get to meet. The experience lasts around an
hour and a half (there are plain programs
and other that include meal with wine),
where riveted to an interactive tasting the
visitors learns a lot about the history of
olive oil, its properties, its old and modern
myths, the criteria of its taste, but also the
delicious richness that confers with its special
flavor on other foods. | Στην καρδιά της
Αθήνας, στο Κολωνάκι, στην πόλη που
πήρε το όνομά της από τη θεά Αθηνά και
που ως δώρο έλαβε την καρπερή ελιά,
δημιουργήθηκε το πρώτο Οlive Oil Bar
στην Ελλάδα αλλά και στον κόσμο. Μια
πρωτιά που τη δικαιούταν το ελληνικό
λάδι και που χάρη στην πρωτοβουλία της
Gaea, της πιο πολυβραβευμένης διεθνώς
ελληνικής εταιρείας στο τομέα του λαδιού,
δίνεται η ευκαιρία να το γνωρίσουν
Έλληνες και ξένοι επισκέπτες της πόλης.
Η εμπειρία διαρκεί γύρω στη μιάμιση ώρα
(υπάρχουν απλά προγράμματα κι άλλα
που περιλαμβάνουν και γεύμα με κρασί),
όπου καθηλωμένος σε μια διαδραστική
γευσιγνωσία ο κόσμος μαθαίνει για την
ιστορία του ελαιόλαδου, τις ιδιότητές του,
τους παλιούς και σύγχρονους μύθους, τα
