It is virtually impossible to
capture its depth, breadth
and grandeur, and reason
caves in under the weight
of such condensed histo-
ry. This is the birthplace of the Olympic Games
in 77 B.C. and this is where they were reborn,
in 1876. This is where it all began, and where it
all comes back to. Only here can we speak of a
monument of Olympic proportions – and mean
