If there is a photographer whose work is
associated with ecological concerns, that
photographer is none other than Arthus-
Bertrand. His series of photographs Seen
from Above includes some legendary images
and he also founded GoodPlanet, a nonprofit
organization that aims to increase public
awareness on various environmental issues.
His recent collaboration with Luc Besson
on the film Home is further proof of his
commitment to raising awareness through

την οικολογική ευαισθητοποίηση, αυτός είναι
ο Arthus-Bertrand. Έχει βγάλει θρυλικές αε-
ροφωτογραφίες για τη σειρά του Seen from
above και έχει ιδρύσει τη μη κερδοσκοπική
οργάνωση Good Planet, που σκοπό έχει την

His love for designing cheap plastic items
and promoting multi-use products has
earned him the name the Prince of Plastic.
In facts, he claims that every new item
must replace three old ones. At the same
time, this almost virtual reality he creates
has also been applied to various hotel
renovations, most notably the Semiramis
hotel in Athens. With bold green and pink
curves and design details that belong to
a joyful futuristic city, this is how Karim
