σχεδία και τοποθέτησε τη μεγάλη οθόνη
ανάμεσα σε επιβλητικούς βράχους. Η ιδέα
ταξίδεψε αργότερα στα κανάλια της Βενετίας
για να ξαναζωντανέψει στα πλαίσια της 13ης
Αρχιτεκτονικής Μπιενάλε.

Its twisting spiral form in the Voornes Duin nature reserve bears the creative signature of
Amsterdam-based Emma Architects. Designed as a giant natural puzzle of glass and wood that has
not been chemically treated, the entire Aan Zee restaurant can be dismantled and each component
material re-used. The building relies solely on the sun, wind and wood for its heating, ventilation
and water management needs. The menu features imaginative dishes using fresh ingredients
