ASSISTANCE SERVICES
Preparing your trip dog is required, this shall be accommodated
provided that notification of the same
• Make sure that you notify the Air is made to the Air Carrier/Agent/Tour
Carrier/Agent/Tour Operator of the Operator at least 48 hours before the
need and type of assistance at least 48 published departure time for the flight and
hours before the published departure in accordance with applicable national
or arrival time of flight. rules covering the carriage of assistance
dogs on board aircraft.
• The Air Carrier shall inform the
Athens International Airport accordingly
at least 36 hours before the published
time of departure or arrival of the flight.
• Where use of a recognised assistance
