“As the guest editor, I would advise the
visitors to the Aegean to love the place they
will go to, to protect it and leave it a better
place. Besides, true luxury lies in enjoying
what the place has to offer. Find some good
company and forget about what the place
does not have to offer. My vision would be
to stay away from the light pollution of the
city, to lie on a beach and watch the stars.
My itinerary in the Aegean Sea would start
in the North: Ikaria - Amorgos - Schinoussa
- Kythira - Tinos (in Vathi).
While photographing on location in the
Aegean, nothing is static and given this
suits me perfectly. After all, every time the
assignment involves different people, a
different theme, concept and place. So, this
alone is a challenge. Each time, of course,
there is the question of whether I will make
it, whether I will capture the right moment.
