We are constantly in search of new ideas
and trends to renew our menus and our
customer interest, while in terms of our
holistic approach to wellness we organize
a variety of gastronomic events and free
healthy eating seminars.

Business in Europe mean to you, and to
Athens?
For us, is a reward for all the effort and
hard work everyone at Nice n’Easy
restaurants has put in over the years. For
Athens, is a clear indication that, despite
hard times, businesses can contribute to
restarting the city’s economic growth and
prosperity.
What is the challenge behind the farm-
to-table philosophy?
The greatest challenge is the constant
search for fresh, quality ingredients.
What is Athens missing, and what is
there a surplus of?
We are missing organised and up-to-date
marketing campaigns to promote the
city. We have liveliness, good cheer and
hospitality in abundance!
