Designed by Polish company Deep Ocean Technology (DOT), its 21 suites will be housed in two
main discs – one above water, one below – and facilities include a bar and a dive centre, while
guests will also be able to take a course in piloting an underwater vehicle. Smaller circular
volumes above the surface will contain additional facilities, with a helicopter landing pad mounted
on one of them. Each of the surrounding discs will be able to detach from the main upper disc to

κυκλικοί χώροι θα διαθέτουν κι άλλες υπηρεσίες, όπως ένα ελικοδρόμιο. Κάθε δίσκος θα μπορεί
να αποκοπεί από τον κεντρικό και να λειτουργήσει ως σωστική σχεδία σε περίπτωση επείγουσας
