the celebratory inaugural launch of Qa-
tar airways’ first a380 super-jumbo took
place in Doha on the 18th of September
following a spectacular event. Boast-
ing a bespoke interior, a380 includes a
Premium Lounge on the upper deck and
90-inch First Class seats that recline in-
to fully flat beds. Qatar airways current-
ly has 13 airbus a380 aircraft on order,
with a total of four set to be inducted into
the fleet before year end. London Heath-
row will be the first route for the a380.
