olive trees on
Lesvos. Every
winter the olives are
collected, cured and
stored or pressed
for oil. | Υπάρχουν

αλατίζονται και
συντηρούνται σε
ξίδι και λάδι ή
συνθλίβονται στο
ελαιοτριβείο για να
παραχθεί λάδι.

Collecting the olives
is very hard work but
well worth the effort.
