Several awards in architecture competitions and a project included in Taschen’s special edition “’100 interiors around the world” are
adequate testimony of the exceptional talent shared by the two co-founders of the architectones02 firm, which undertakes projects
ranging from large scale renovations and sets for theatre and TV to small everyday objects. The Athens-based firm started out back in
2003 as the brainchild of two graduates of the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens, with postgraduate
studies in London -Penny in Visual Culture from Westminster University and Tzina in Set & Costume Design at the Central School of
Speech and Drama. | Βραβεία σε αρχιτεκτονικούς διαγωνισμούς και ένα έργο τους που συμπεριλήφθηκε στην ειδική έκδοση 100 interiors
around the world, της Taschen, κατατάσσουν τις δύο αρχιτεκτόνισσες ανάμεσα στις πιο ελπιδοφόρες της πόλης. Οι δύο απόφοιτες του
τμήματος Αρχιτεκτόνων Μηχανικών του ΕΜΠ ολοκλήρωσαν τις μεταπτυχιακές τους σπουδές στο Λονδίνο, η Πέννυ στη Visual Culture
(Westminster University) και η Τζίνα στη Σκηνογραφία–Ενδυματολογία (στο Central School of Speech and Drama), πριν ιδρύσουν το 2003
την architectones02. Το γραφείο τους αναλαμβάνει projects που κυμαίνονται από μεγάλης κλίμακας αναπλάσεις και σχεδιασμό σκηνικών
για το θέατρο και την τηλεόραση μέχρι αντικείμενα καθημερινής χρήσης. E.S.
