«HELLAS THE NEW IMAGE OF GREECE» A new photographic exhibition at Athens International Airport

«HELLAS The new image of Greece» is the title of the new photographic exhibition that Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" has the pleasure to hosts in its premises as from the coming week (December 1st - June 30th 2004, Main Terminal Building, Departure Lounges B1 - B16, Intra - Schengen area).

Global values and notions such as harmony, mystery, charisma, cosmos, energy and democracy, emerge from the exhibition's 24 photographs created by distinguished Greeks. The "new image" of Greece is born from the classic past, experiences the present, and embraces the future.

The exhibition "HELLAS The new image of Greece", is part of "META" campaign, an integrated programme for the promotion of Greece, organised and conducted by METAXA company. METAXA was recently awarded for "META" by the Greek Advertisers Association, with the "Social Responsibility Excellence Award 2003" in the "Culture" category.

The exhibition's photographic themes reflect the journey of Greece, the Greek history and tradition, towards the new era of communication and cooperation among people and cultures.
