Athens International Airport and the National Geographic Greece once more work together and present two new important exhibitions, of environmental and cultural interest, for airport visitors and passengers:
«Greece of National Geographic» February 22 - May 31 2011
«Great Animal Migrations» June 2 - September 30 2011
The first exhibition, «Greece of National Geographic», displays a selection of topics from the Natural, Human, and Cultural environment, as presented by the Greek photographers and scientific collaborators of the magazine, during its 12 years in Greece.
The cooperation of Athens International Airport and National Geographic Greece will continue in the summer with a second exhibition titled: “Great Animal Migrations”: A significant display recently presented by the magazine’s international edition, while the same airport exhibition was hosted by National Geographic in the USA with great success. Both exhibitions will be presented at the airport’s Environmental Information Centre (Departures, Gate 3), area accessible to all airport passengers and visitors, open daily on a 24-hour basis.
