Athens International Airport and Alitalia host the Photography Exhibition "Planespotting Passion"

Since the first day of the new airport's operation, some people photograph its life frame by frame, with an amateur's ardour. The "planespotters" were here at sundown, in the moonlight, in the mist, each moment looking for the airplane charm, at landing, refueling and takeoff.

With the "Planespotting Passion" exhibition, Athens International Airport and Alitalia present the moments captured at "Eleftherios Venizelos" by planespotters Hlias Kefalas, Kostas Iatrou and Christoforos Stephanidis, showing their enthusiasm for aircraft through the planespotting passion.

As of December 14th, 2002, for approximately four months, passengers may visit the exhibition at the Intra-Schengen arrival corridor (Gates B20-B28)* of Athens International Airport.
Afterwards, and for approximately two months, the "Planespotting Passion" exhibition will be on display at the "Donatello" CIP lounge of cosponsors Alitalia.

* Access available only to airport passengers.
