AIA’s website offers dynamic information and new services E-booking and e-check in are internet services widely used by a growing number of passengers internationally, helping them to save time and make easier travel arrangements. When entering AIA’s website (www.aia.gr), users can now find a complete list of all the airlines which provide e-booking and e-check in, and access their respective links. Currently, 52 AIA airlines provide e-booking services, while also 29 of those offer e-check in. Moreover, AIA’s website visitors can navigate through a series of dynamic and innovative new applications such as: - geographical maps with analytical information on all the airlines flying to/from AIA and their destinations - sophisticated “real time flight information” application, that offers the user real time info on flight arrivals/departures - analytical airport guides with information about the airport’s travel services, shops, restaurants, the “Museum”, the “Children’s Creative Entertainment Area”, etc. According to airport statistics, 32,500 users (absolute unique visitors according to the technical term) enter www.aia.gr every month. Having as main objective the continuous flow of accurate and useful information, the airport’s website will keep on developing, offering users a friendly, easy to navigate through and technologically advanced communication tool.
