Emphasis of Matter
Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to Notes 3.1.4, 5.9, 5.19 and 5.31 to these financial
statements, which describe the uncertainty that has resulted from the Company’s non-compliance
with the investment criteria set out in its borrowing agreements with respect to the loan from the
European Investment Bank. The aforementioned notes also describe the actions undertaken to
resolve the matter as well as the Company’s assessment of the impact.
Reference on Other Legal and Regulatory Requirements
We verified the conformity and consistency of the information given in the Board of Directors’ report
with the accompanying financial statements in accordance with the requirements of articles 43a (par.
3a) and 37 of Codified Law 2190/1920.
