country. The mayor gives lectures all
over the world about how to organise
a model city through sound urban
planning, eco-friendly public transport,
tidy streets and futuristic structures
for motorists and citizens. some
delays have been reported with the
construction of the arena da baixada,
but they don’t seem to be troubling the
brazilians who are already dancing to
