Athens International Airport S.A. and Olympic Fuel Company S.A. (OFC), continuing their joint effort to support airlines and enhance competitiveness of aviation fuel price at the Airport, announce an additional 5% reduction of the throughput fee charged by OFC, effective as of today, July 1st.

This is the second reduction of the throughput fee in 2005, following the 23% reduction implemented at the beginning of the year. The overall reduction of the throughput fee is expected to save airlines refuelled at AIA, 3.7 million dollars this year.
