AIA’s Retail Services department manages the commercial space of the airport terminal buildings, aiming to provide excellent service for all airport users (passengers, visitors, business partners and airport employees).
The Retail Services team works closely with our business partners to ensure an attractive commercial mix and an appealing shopping environment adapting to market trends and the rapidly changing needs of the consumer.
Our Airport Shopping Centre is ideally located in the heart of Athens International Airport. Featuring about 120 commercial units - including more than 60 top-quality shops and over 20 restaurants/cafés - the Shopping Centre offers a variety of choices and services to over 18 million passengers (in 2015).
The commercial mix --consisting of an attractive and recently renovated airport shopping centre, strategically located within passenger flows-- makes for a highly appealing and lucrative business environment.
Our business partners benefit from additional services that include: participation in our annual Shopping Centre marketing plan; sophisticated analysis of numerous marketing surveys (passenger surveys, mystery shopping, etc.); and an advanced electronic exchange of information through AIA’s web tool (business@shoppingcentre) on our website.
